Job Title: Nature Discovery Camp Director
Supervisor: Campsite Education Director
Employment Dates: March – June 1: Hours worked prior to camp, between 5-10 hours per week remote and scheduled time planning and preparing for camp; flexible schedule. June 2– July 19: Residential, overnight camp at the Camp.
Residential salary: $6,600 from June 1 – July 13 with housing, meals and board provided during the camp
Hourly rate: $20-$21 per hour for time working outside of June 1- July 13 (depending on experience)

The Nature Discovery Camp (NDC) Director is responsible for leading the planning, implementation, and day-to-day operations of camp. This role includes overseeing staff, managing camper recruitment and registration, leading curriculum and activities, and ensuring an exceptional camp experience for all participants. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a passion for outdoor education, youth development, and nature immersion.
