Job Title: Camp Nurse
Supervisor: Campsite Education Director
Employment Dates: Spring: March 15 – 22, 2025; Summer: June 9 – July 19, 2025
Salary: Spring: $1,500, plus meals as desired; Summer: $8,500 total for all weeks of camp, plus meals as desired. Summer Nurses can be hired for 1 week at a time and/or either an AM or a PM shift.

Location: Campsite at Shield Ranch, 10417 Crumley Ranch Road, Austin, TX 78738
The Camp Nurse will work closely with the Campsite Education Director to ensure nurse shifts are covered and all campers and staff are attended to medically as needed throughout camp. Both the Nature Discovery Camp (NDC) and Conservation Corps (CC) will require twice-daily nurse visits at camp. On Session Check-In days, the Camp Nurse will verify health information and receive camper medications.
