Dr. Blake Murden assumed the role of CEO of Shield Ranch Land Stewardship Group effective January 1, 2021.
Shield Land Stewardship Group LLC provides comprehensive land and facilities management services for Shield Ranch and Shield Ranch Foundation (Travis and Hays County), Shield Ranch Camp Wood (Real County) and Shield Ranch Cherry Canyon (Jeff Davis County).
Blake began his work at Shield Ranch in 2016 as Director of Land Stewardship. In 2018, he assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer for Shield Ranch and Shield Ranch Foundation. Since 2019, Blake has served as the internal team project manager for the design and construction of the Campsite at Shield Ranch.
